Privacy policy

This page explains what data we collect when you use drivetoexceldmvtest.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Plain language, no legalese — if anything's unclear, the contact info is at the bottom.

What we collect

• Aggregate analytics via Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These show us how many people visit each page, which device type, and how fast pages load. The data is anonymous and aggregated; we cannot see individual visitor journeys or identify you personally.
• Search performance data via Google Search Console. Same idea — anonymous, aggregated counts of the search queries that surface our pages.
• Quiz progress in your browser. When you take a practice exam, your answers and score are saved in your browser's sessionStorage so the results page can show them to you. They are never sent to our servers.
• Optional feedback. If you report a confusing or incorrect question via the "Report this question" button, your free-text feedback plus the question ID is sent to our team via email (powered by Resend). We use it to fix the question bank. We never associate it with you personally.
• Contact form.If you use the contact form, your message, the topic you chose, and the name and email address you enter (both optional) are emailed to our team via Resend so we can read and reply. We don't add you to any list and don't use it for anything else.

What we don't collect

• No accounts, no passwords, no email list.
• No payment information.
• No logins or sign-ups — every practice test, cheat sheet, and study guide is free and open to everyone.

Advertising and third-party services

This site is supported by Google AdSense advertising. When you visit, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies in your browser to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other sites on the web.

Specifically:

• Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site or other sites on the internet. Learn more at Google's Advertising and Privacy page.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.
• You may opt out of cookies from any of Google's partners by visiting aboutads.info/choices or networkadvertising.org/choices.

Other third-party services we use:

• YouTube linksopen the video on youtube.com, where YouTube's own privacy policy applies. No YouTube player is embedded on this site.
• Vercel hosts this site; their privacy policy applies to hosting-level data such as IP addresses in server logs.
• Resend handles outgoing email when you submit a question report; their privacy policy applies to email metadata.

California residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information (if any) we collect about you, to request that we delete it, and to opt out of the "sale" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. We have no accounts and no email list. The only personal details we receive are the name and email address you choose to enter in the contact form; to have a message deleted, ask us through the same form. Advertising cookies are controlled through the Google opt-out link above.

Children

This site is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this page from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
