Privacy policy

What we collect

• Aggregate analytics via Plausible (privacy-first; no cookies, no personal identifiers). We see counts of page views, quiz starts, and unlock events. We do not see individual user paths.
• Optional feedback: if you type a free-text response into the "what video would help you most?" box on the unlock screen, that text is sent to a private Notion database. We use it to plan upcoming videos. We do not associate it with any identifier.
• localStorage: when you subscribe + unlock, we store a flag (`drivetoexcel.unlocked=1`) in your browser's local storage. That's how the site remembers you're unlocked. It never leaves your device.

What we don't collect

• No accounts. No passwords. No email list.
• No payment information.
• We do not verify your YouTube subscription via the YouTube API (it's not possible) — the unlock is honor-system.

Third-party services

• Google AdSense serves the ads you see; their cookies are subject to Google's privacy policy.
• YouTube embeds use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain.
• Vercel hosts this site; their privacy policy applies to hosting-level data.
